As the Vice-President of Human Resources, Stephanie’s responsibilities include recruitment, employee orientation, development and training, retention as well as HR policy development and implementation. In addition, Stephanie also supervises the administrative department. As the head of Human Resources, Stephanie is committed to fostering an environment that promotes career-growth, engagement as well as enthusiasm in the growth of the company. Over the past 14 years, Stephanie has acquired valuable knowledge within the investor relations sector working hand in hand with the IR, Media and Web departments of Renmark. Prior to joining the company in January 2000, Stephanie held various positions in business administration. Since 2012, Stephanie is a Certified Professional in Investor Relations having successfully completed the inaugural CIRI/ Richard Ivey School of Business Investor Relations Certification program.
